Hello everyone!

It's with some sad news that I have to announce I'm going to be less active then usual here due to changing circumstances. Yesterday I was out running, hit a patch of black ice and fractured my right left in three places. I can hobble on crutches, but I have two plates and some screws holding my ankle and lower tibial bone together. As a result I'll be a bit distracted while things come back together and I get used to showering with a garbage bag over my foot. I want to thank everyone who normally reads this stuff and views my work for stopping by and for your kindness; you're the reason I do what I do. Thank you again!

D: dude! holy goodnessess! I know I'm 8 days late finding this out; but are you okay? gosh, i'm sorry to hear that! Black ice is nasty stuff and I slipped on some just the other day out in the parking lot at work, but ;_; dang! we'll give it a shot anyhow..the Doc's set to remove the screw and suiters and replace the cast leaving the plates and pins in this Thursday. I certainly wouldn't say no to any artwork or writing from you though :-). Happy belated birthday too!

it's slow going; I'm set to get a 'boot' (I refer to it as a 'moon shoe';) in two weeks time followed by a period of intense physical therapy. I keep the erector set (someone else's macabre humor with that one) for about a year or so, but things seem to be coming back together (mind the pun) well enough! Thanks for your concern everyone, I'll keep you up to date and when I get mobile again you can darn well believe I'll get back into bugging you all and resubmitting new photography
