Creator's Comments:"So, after a long hiatus and a promise some time ago about providing period correct WWII US GI stock, I have the first of my US photography. How serious do I take my kit? Fairly serious. The main inaccuracies you'll find include the 30 round Thompson mag (they tended to fall out, it was more common to see 20 round magazines) and the bit of electrical tape holding the front clip of the Krieg sling in place. With the exception of the helmet, everything is reproduction equipment. If you're wondering when someone would wear this particular design of uniform, it would be correct to say US operations between June 1944 and December 1944. Also, be sure to thank Tasa at [link]

Critiques as always, are welcome."
